Fred Rapchik

Fred Rapchik grew up in Miami Beach, where he attended Miami Beach Senior High School and the University of Miami. A licensed Real Estate Broker since 1970, Fred has built a long and respected career in South Florida’s real estate market.

He joined the Williams Island family during its developer days in 1986 and has remained an integral part of the community ever since. Today, Fred continues his work with the Williams Island Realty sales team, based in the onsite office located in the Bellini building, where he brings decades of experience and in-depth knowledge of the area to every client interaction.

An active member of the Williams Island Club, Fred can often be found enjoying the many amenities the community offers—whether working out at the gym, dining at one of the Island’s restaurants, or playing tennis on the courts. He believes Williams Island offers the best lifestyle in all of South Florida, with something special for everyone.
